1. Who We Are

ATSA (Asia Table Soccer Alliance) operates the ATSA platform at https://asiafoos.com and through the ATSA mobile app. We provide tournament management, player rankings, live match tools, and community services for table soccer players, organizers, referees, and fans.

2. Information We Collect

Account information.

When you register or sign in, we may collect your name, email address, gender, date of birth, country or nationality, optional profile photo, and login provider identifiers.

Facebook Login / ATSA Login.

If you use Facebook Login through the Meta app named ATSA Login, Meta may provide ATSA with your Facebook user ID, name, email address, and profile photo if available. We use this information only to create, identify, link, and sign in to your ATSA account. ATSA does not request access to your Facebook friends, private posts, private messages, or personal Facebook content.

Tournament and match data.

We store tournament registrations, on-site check-in status, match results, rankings, referee records, and other competition records needed to operate official ATSA events.

Usage and device information.

We may collect standard log data such as IP address, browser or device type, pages visited, and push notification tokens if you grant notification permission.

3. How We Use Information

To authenticate users and maintain ATSA accounts.
To display player profiles, tournament brackets, rankings, and official results.
To manage tournament registration, payment status, on-site check-in, match announcements, and live scoring.
To send tournament notifications if the user has enabled them.
To protect platform integrity, prevent abuse, and maintain security.

4. Data Sharing

ATSA does not sell personal information. We may share limited information with tournament organizers for event operations, infrastructure providers such as Cloudflare, authentication providers such as Meta, Google, or Apple for identity verification, and authorities if required by law.

5. Facebook Platform Data

ATSA uses Facebook Login as an optional sign-in method through ATSA Login. For ordinary users, ATSA receives only basic login information provided by Meta: Facebook user ID, name, email address, and profile photo if available. This data is used only to authenticate the user, create or link an ATSA account, display the player profile, and protect account security.

ATSA may also use Meta APIs for authorized ATSA administrators to publish official tournament announcements, match scores, event pages, and result posts to ATSA's own official Facebook Page and Instagram professional account. ATSA does not post to personal Facebook profiles, does not access private Facebook content, and does not use Facebook Platform Data for advertising, resale, or unrelated analytics.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain account information while the account is active. Official tournament results and rankings may be retained as part of the historical competition record. Users may request deletion of personal account data and Facebook Login data at any time.

To request deletion, email [email protected] with the subject "Facebook Data Deletion Request" or visit https://asiafoos.com/data-deletion/. We process verified deletion requests within 30 days.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or request deletion of personal data. You may also withdraw push notification permission in your device settings.
